Denise Toovey has practised as a Dental Technician for 37 years and as a Dental Prosthetist (DP) for the past 18 years. She is a member of the Australian Dental Prosthetists Association (ADPA), Australian Dental Prosthetists Association Qld Inc (ADPAQ) and the International Federation of Denturists (IFD). For over 10 years, Denise has been an active member of the ADPAQ, holding the office of President for 6 years and then Treasurer for 4 years and was recently awarded life membership for her dedication to this association and the profession of dental prosthetics. She has also been a Board member of the Queensland Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists Board of Qld and a Board member with the Dental Board of Australia from which she recently retired.
