BDentPros (TAFE), Dental Prosthetist
Mr Jaydee Galon is a male Dental Prosthetist who speaks Filipino (as well as English).
After completing a Diploma of Dental Technology from South Bank Institute of TAFE in 2005, Jaydee began working as a dental technologist. During this time, his interest in ceramics was fostered by Ray Sharkey from Oral Design Queensland on the Sunshine Coast. Jaydee’s attentiveness for aesthetics and keen enthusiasm in photography complimented his skill and work in the fabrication of dental crowns and bridges.
In 2013, Jaydee completed an Advanced Diploma in Dental Prosthetics and more recently completed the Bachelor of Dental Prosthetics from TAFE Queensland in 2018. Being a new degree of its kind being offered in Australia, Jaydee desired the opportunity of being able to further knowledge, education and qualifications.
As a practising dental prosthetist, Jaydee is a member of the Australian Dental Prosthetist Association (ADPA), frequently attending conferences to continue his professional development. Clinically, his primary focus is on patient care, education and understanding, delivering a detailed research and evidence-based approach towards treatment planning and prosthetic dental care.
