Dr Ying N Guo is a male Specialist Oral Pathologist and Specialist Periodontist who speaks Japanese and Mandarin (as well as English).
Dr Ying Guo completed his general dental training at The University of Adelaide in 2007 with First-Class Honours in dental research. Over the next 15 years, he dedicated himself rigorously to a broad range of professional and academic experiences. In addition to private practice in metropolitan and regional areas in SA and NSW, Dr Guo has completed two doctorate speciality training programs at his alma mater, namely Oral Pathology in 2015 and Periodontics in 2022. He was a recipient of The Australian Postgraduate Award Scholarship during his studies in Oral Pathology, and served as a Senior Lecturer at Adelaide Dental School from 2016 to 2019. As a specialist in both Periodontics and Oral Pathology, Dr Guo maintains a clinical interest in the diagnosis and management of periodontal diseases, dental-implant related issues, as well as various oral mucosal anomalies. He is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists, the Australian Dental Association, and the International Team for Implantology.
