Dr Kay Chia is a female General Dentist who speaks Cantonese and Mandarin (as well as English).
Dr Kay Chia graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland in 1988 and started her career in private practice in Mooloolaba. Over the years, she has gained a broad range of experience across public health, health funds, and corporate dentistry. The most significant is that Dr Kay has owned and managed her own private practice for 22 years.
Currently, Dr Kay is engaged as a clinical supervisor with the Oral Health Supervisors when she is not at our practice.
Her interests in dentistry range from improving the aesthetics of a smile to endodontics, periodontal treatment, implants and minor oral surgery.
As a member of the Australian Dental Association and International Team for Implantology, she is able to remain current in her knowledge and skills in dentistry.
