Dr Udit Bhatnagar is a male Specialist Paediatric Dentist who speaks Hindi (as well as English).
Udit obtained his undergraduate dental degree from Griffith University in 2010, graduating with consecutive Academic Excellence awards. After working as a general dentist and then a paediatric dental resident at two major dental hospitals in Sydney (Sydney Dental Hospital and Westmead Centre for Oral Health) over three years, Udit went on to complete his specialist training in Paediatric Dentistry at the University of Melbourne. There he obtained his Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Paediatric Dentistry) in 2016. Udit’s thesis was titled, ‘Saliva as a Biomarker of Early Childhood Caries’ and his work is soon to be published.
Udit enjoys all things paediatric and has particular interests in the management of special needs patients, primary and permanent dental trauma, paediatric oral surgery, dental anomalies (especially Molar Incisor Hypomineralisation) and conducting dental treatment under sedation.
Udit is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), the Australian and New Zealand Society for Paediatric Dentistry (ANZSPD), the Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry (AAPD) and the International Association of Dental Traumatology (IADT).
Udit has a calm, gentle and humorous nature that makes him great with children. He is eager to accept new referrals and is also very happy to discuss tricky paediatric cases with you in person, over email or on the phone.
