Dr Simon Lee is a male General Dentist.

Dr Simon Lee was born and raised in Sydney originally growing up in the Mascot/Rosebery area. As a child he attended St Therese’s Primary School Mascot, and then attended Sydney Grammar School. He completed his Bachelor of Medical Science degree at the University of New South Wales and finally his Bachelor of Dentistry degree at the University of Sydney.

Dr Lee has extensive experience in private practice, previously working in Sydney’s CBD, eastern suburbs, lower north shore, western suburbs, and Canberra.

From a young age, he was taught the importance of a supportive family environment, strong work ethic and giving back to the community. He previously worked as a volunteer serving meals and cleaning tables at the Mathew Talbot Hostel for homeless men in Woolloomooloo, was one of the founding core-group members of the youth group at St Therese’s Parish Mascot; is currently a core group member of the parish; trains and co-ordinates the altar servers; teaches religious education as an assistant at a local primary school and has been serving mass at St Therese’s since he was eight years old - you will catch him there on most Sundays at the 10am mass.

His passion for teaching and mentoring blossomed in his university years as he coached basketball and football, and, tutored and mentored high school students. This has translated into a health professional who actually enjoys explaining things in detail and encourages patients to ask questions.

Dr Lee’s personal characteristics and strengths of having a gentle, humble and genuine caring nature, and cheerful personality allow his patients to relax and enjoy their time spent with him.

Dr Lee’s interests include cosmetic dentistry, periodontics and implantology, and dentofacial orthopaedics and orthodontics.

Dr Lee’s particular interests and passion lie in the importance of a healthy airway and posture and its intimate relationship with sleeping and breathing habits in growing children, and the promotion of healthy facial growth and development in children.

Dr Lee is a member of the Australian Dental Association, Australasian Association of Orofacial Orthopaedics and International Team for Implantology.
