Dr Rafael DO Maia is a male General Dentist.
Dentistry has been in Dr Maia’s life for a long time. He was influenced by his father and his aunt, both of whom are very talented dentists.
Dr Maia graduated in Brazil in 2002 and at the same year he also completed a Post Graduation course in Cosmetic Dentistry.
After working a few years in Brazil with his family he decided to move to Australia in 2007 with his wife Milena and has been working in the Tweed Valley since 2008, settling in Murwillumbah in 2012.In 2012 he completed the 2 years Mini-Residency in Orthodontics (Braces) in Sydney.
His professional interests lie in cosmetic dentistry, braces (orthodontics) and root canal therapy. He approaches every treatment with a gentle and caring nature.
