Dr Rachel McDowall is a female General Dentist.
Dr Rachel McDowall was welcomed to the Maven Dental Hervey Bay team in December 2016 as an associate dentist. Originally from Scotland, Dr McDowall graduated from the University of Dundee in 2014 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. After receiving her dental qualifications, she spent her time working in general practice in Glasgow and Dundee before making the move to Australia in 2016. Alongside her role as a dentist, Dr McDowall focuses on furthering her professional development through training courses.
Working in general dentistry, Dr McDowall enjoys the day-to-day challenges and variety offered by the practice. Within her role, she particularly likes working with kids and anxious patients where she focuses on building strong relationships. Being able to meet so many wonderful people Dr McDowall places great focus on getting to know each and every one of her patients, establishing great rapport and communication.
