Dr Michal K Segman is a female General Dentist who speaks Hebrew (as well as English).
Melbourne born & bred, Dr Michal Segman first completed her Bachelor of Biomedicine in 2011 at the University of Melbourne, majoring in physiology. She then pursued further education at Melbourne University completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2016.
Michal went on to work in private practice gaining experience and establishing her own treatment philosophy - treating patients exactly how she herself would expect to be treated, with patience, genuine care and quality work. Michal takes the time to get to know her patients, educating them about their oral health and empowering them to prevent future disease. Michal gains much satisfaction in building relationships and helping anxious patients overcome their fears.
Michal is passionate about Dental Examinations, Dental Hygiene, Fillings & Tooth Restoration, with a particular interest in minor oral surgery and paediatric dentistry. Michal often attends hospital placements where she learns from Melbourne’s leading oral surgeons.
As an active member of the Australian Dental Association & Alpha Omega Australia, Michal continually updates her dental knowledge and clinical skills, striving to provide her patients with the best and most up-to-date treatment.
