Dr Melanie Patney is a female General Dentist.
Melanie loves looking after her patient’s dental health. She grew up in Sydney and attended James Ruse Agricultural High School, where she excelled as an all-rounder. Passionate about dentistry from a young age, Melanie studied in Adelaide before practicing on the Central Coast for seven years. She has since returned to her Sydney roots, where she was thrilled to join the wonderful team at Duneba Dental.
Melanie is passionate about preventive dentistry and patient education. She has an interest in all aspects of general dentistry and is particularly skilled in working with children and anxious patients. Melanie’s understanding of the gentle and sensitive approach required allows her to deliver outcomes in her patients’ best interests, and to the highest standard of care.
A Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Melanie is also an active member of the Australian Dental Association, having received an honorary service award for her work in developing a dental mentoring program. Melanie is committed to continuing her education, and continually finds new ways to implement modern dental philosophies and techniques.
