Dr Martin Lao is a male Specialist Periodontist.
Dr Martin Lao graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1999. He worked in both private and public dental clinics for a few years before entering specialist training in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at the University of Adelaide, completing this in 2005. He has been working as a Specialist Periodontist since 2006.
Martin’s professional interests are in the field of advanced complex periodontal management, dental implant treatment, periodontal regeneration and soft and hard tissue grafting.
He has been a past president of the Australian Society of Periodontology, a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and a member of the Australian Dental Association. He has been involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate Periodontal tutoring at the University of Adelaide.
