Dr Marcus A Ford is a male General Dentist.
Dr Marcus Ford is Melbourne born and bred! He graduated as a dentist from the University of Melbourne in 1991 and, having received an Air Force scholarship, his first job took him to RAAF Edinburgh in Adelaide. Marcus remembers his time as a new dentist in the Air Force fondly; a great learning platform, both as a clinician and leader. Following a successful military dental career, Marcus went on to operate the public dental clinic in Sunbury, where he loved helping the less privileged. Over the past 18 years, Marcus owned and managed a local private clinic, where he delighted in supporting the community.
Marcus is an experienced dentist with a passion for his profession. He loves a chat and a good laugh and prides himself on making a trip to the dentist a positive experience. With decades of experience, a passion for continuing education and dental materials, he is able to outline treatment options pragmatically and in plain English. His dedication to his profession was recognized by being appointed to the renowned IADR (International Academic Dental Research) group for dental materials. Dr Marcus delivers comprehensive dental care, with special interests in restorative management, crown & bridge and implants.
