Dr Ian NL Maratos is a male General Dentist who speaks Japanese (as well as English).
Dr Ian Maratos was quite sports obsessed when he attended Brighton Grammar School (Firsts in Tennis & Drama Captain/ Prefect) and when he graduated from Melbourne University in 1984, he was still playing competitive tennis and squash. (Although Dr Maratos admits running isn't on the agenda anymore!)
As a teen, Ian spent a year on exchange in Japan.
Dr Ian’s mother was a fully trained Opera Singer, his father, a leading Civil Engineer on the iconic Snowy Mountains Hydro Project who studied and graduated from RMIT– quite a personality combination to say the least, but a really happy match for over 50 years.
