Dr Grant W Duncan is a male Specialist Orthodontist.
Dr Duncan has been in specialty practice for over 25 years. He received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide. He subsequently went on to achieve his Master of Science in Orthodontics from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. Dr Duncan brought Invisalign to Australia in year 2000 and was one of the first Invisalign providers in Australia to be honoured with Blue Diamond Provider status in May 2019. This is in recognition of his commitment to and clinical experience with Invisalign treatment. He is part of the national Invisalign accreditation team, lectures nationally and internationally on the Invisalign system, and is a clinical tutor on Invisalign within the graduate orthodontic program in the University of Adelaide.
Dr Duncan is a member of the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons, and an invited member of both the prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy of Dentistry, and the International College of Dentists. Dr Duncan has a wide range of clinical experience and interests, and is recognised as a global leader in Invisalign treatment. Dr Duncan holds a strong belief that Invisalign is a better and healthier alternative to braces, and that almost all adults and children can be treated with Invisalign. Early Invisalign treatment of children to allow for bite correction and arch development usually negates the need for braces and extractions at a later age.
