Dr Giles AJ Plunkett is a male Specialist Orthodontist.
Dr Giles Plunkett was educated at Melbourne High School and then the University of Melbourne. He received his dental degree with honours in 1977 and was awarded the Dental Board of Victoria Prize, as the most outstanding student throughout the five years of the course.
Dr Plunkett then served as a dental officer in the Royal Australian Navy, while continuing further studies at an advanced level. In 1981 he successfully completed the examinations to become a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, and was awarded the prestigious F.G. Christensen Prize for gaining the highest marks in the Primary Examination.
After wide experience in general dentistry, Dr Plunkett returned to full-time specialist training at the University of Melbourne, graduating with a Masters Degree in Orthodontics in 1987. He is a registered specialist orthodontist with the Dental Board of Australia and a full member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists.
