Dr Gerry Hooper studied dentistry at the University of Sydney and graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1974. He then operated as a dentist at a private practice in London and a few years later, worked as a dentist with the American army in Germany. In 1977 he commenced practice in Rose Bay. For the past decade, he has been a volunteer at The Spastic Centre, now known as the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
