Dr Sim obtained his dental degree in 1985. He completed his specialist orthodontic training at UWA in 1996 graduating with a MDSc (Orthodontics). Since 1999, he has held a faculty teaching appointment at the Dental School, UWA and is currently Associate Professor in Orthodontics. He has a specialist registration with the Dental Board (WA) and is a full member of several professional organizations.
