Dr Amy Fan is a female General Dentist.
Originally from Sydney, Dr Amy Fan made the move to Brisbane to study a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) at the University of Queensland and completed her degree in 2018. During her studies, Dr Amy practiced in various locations throughout Queensland including Brisbane, Dalby, St George, and Childers, and even volunteered in Cambodia. She has since joined the team at Maven Dental Hervey Bay as a friendly and compassionate associate dentist.
Dr Amy enjoys all aspect of general dentistry, however, is particularly interested in root canal treatment as she believes it is a great way to give a tooth a second chance. She also enjoys the challenge of restoring front teeth, as she has seen firsthand how the treatment significantly impact a persons smile and self-confidence. Most importantly, Dr Amy is passionate about motivating and educating her patients to maintain good oral health habits so that their teeth can last well into the future.
