Dr Amir Toroghi is a male General Dentist who speaks Persian (as well as English).
Dr Amir graduated in 2006 with a Professional Doctorate in Dental Surgery in Tehran, Iran. He had worked in the public sector and ran his own clinic, with stints as an emergency dentist and as a night dentist dealing with emergency situations and traumas.
Before opening Relax Dental Care, he worked at the Royal Dental Hospital and the La Trobe Community Health Service.
In 2013, Dr Amir opened Relax Dental Care.Now in the second decade of his career, he has performed more than 2,000 tooth extractions and over 1,500 root canal treatments.
Dr Amir believes in dental care founded on prevention and education. Invasive procedures to correct problems should be a last resort; good dentistry avoids them in the first place. He believes in the importance of clear and comprehensive communication, and ensuring that patients fully understand what is happening with their teeth and soft tissue areas, and any work needed to correct any problems. This is essential for dentistry that focuses not only on teeth, but the patient as well.
Dr Amir also a Facial Cosmetic Injector and has attended several aesthetic training courses in USA and Australia. He performs Anti wrinkle / dermal filler injections and facial PDO Thread Lifting.
