Dr Alan Truong is a male General Dentist.
Dr Alan is a caring and knowledgeable dentist who practices all types of general dentistry. Before becoming a dentist, he originally graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Sydney. With a desire, however, to pursue a career in the dental field, Dr Alan earned a Bachelor of Dentistry degree, also at the University of Sydney.
To stay abreast of the latest in dentistry, Dr Alan regularly attends numerous courses. He is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma of Orthodontics at James Cook University.
Dr Alan has provided dental care in both the private and public sector. Previously he served as an academic educator at the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Sydney. Instructing and guiding the next generation of dentists were fulfilling for him.
Highly skilled in many areas of dentistry, Dr Alan’s expertise includes providing injections, painless simple and complex fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and crown and bridgework in a gentle and comforting way. He helps put nervous patients at ease and enjoys caring for children and their family. Dr Alan ensures that all his patients are treated with absolute care and respect.
